A: The operating system you need is either Windows

Q: I don't have a web server. Can I still use Dynapage?
A: Yes you can! Microsoft provides a free web server
for Windows NT and Windows 2000. You can also install Personal Web Server (PWS)
if you've got Windows 98. You simply have to download or install the software
from the Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com) website.

database?

database connection parameters, tick the option "Connect to existing project

database and web server?
A:
Use the script management to create a script file that contains all your
project database changes, apply the script to your live database using your
database provider relevant software (e.g: Query Analyzer for MS SQL Server).
Copy all the files that in your web directory to the live web directory.Note:
Always make sure that you have backed up your live database and web directory
files before deploying and new changes.
Q: How can I customize the page header format?
A: You can do that by editing the file header.htm in
your new project web directory.
Q: Why I am getting error (Server.CreateObject failed
while checking permissions.)?
A: Make sure the Dynapageweb.dll is registered on your
server. If necessary, re-register it using the command regsvr32.exe
Q: Why I am getting error (Invalid page ID 0)?
A: The web browser trying to open a page for a new Dynapage
project that has no pages created yet!
Q: Is there an expiry date of Dynapage? If so, how can I
extend my license?
A: No, Dynapage does not have a time limit. You are
untitled to use the software as long as you stay with our license agreement.
